Atheneum Developments was brought about by the recognition of a need to provide a premium quality design and build service in South West London.
Local developer James Jaques and Master Builder Simon Elsey joined forces to provide clients with a one stop shop of design, implementation and project management.
James has worked in construction from as far-a-field as Hong Kong, and since coming back to the UK has developed unique properties in South West London. Simon has run and managed sites all over the country and is a master craftsman in his own right, he too has run successful sites for over ten years.
James & Simon have worked hard to gain a reputation for their quality, professionalism and integrity on all projects big or small.
